Gestión del IPSS – Analisis

Es de destacar el cumplimiento del objetivo impuesto por el gobernador Juan Manuel Urtubey, de priorizar el servicio a los 214.000 afiliados.

Con respecto a la política de servicios al afiliado se informó que el IPS tiene la cuota más baja del mercado, con una cobertura del 80 % en la mayoría de las prestaciones; con descuento del 40 % en medicamentos en farmacias del Instituto y privadas; y aumento de órdenes de consulta para jubilados sin auditoria médica.

El Instituto de Salud de Salta llevó a cabo un proceso de descentralización para la venta de órdenes de consulta y autorización de prestaciones, a partir de la apertura de bocas de expendio en todos los sectores de la ciudad de Salta.

Ya están en funcionamiento en el Centro Policial Sargento Suárez; en el Hospital San Bernardo; en el Concejo Deliberante; en la sede de ATSA; en Jefatura de Policía, en el Centro Médico Integral, en la Asociación de Jubilados; y se anunció que la próxima semana se abrirá una más en la Ciudad Judicial

Se hizo un relanzamiento de servicios propios en kinesiología, fonoaudiología, nutrición, terapia ocupacional y enfermería, a la par de una renegociación de contratos con prestadores externos a quienes se les mejoró en un 25 % los honorarios.

El IPS incorporó durante este año dos ambulancias al parque automotor adquiridas con fondos propios en base a un ordenamiento financiero, una de las políticas principales de la gestión actual de intervención.

Fueron positivas las distintas campañas preventivas llevadas a cabo, con grandes resultados”.

La campaña antigripal logró la inoculación de 3.000 afiliados; la campaña de prevención de diabetes benefició a más de 1.800 personas; y la última que se lanzó, cubrió sin costo exámenes de próstatas a más de 1.200 personas en edad de riesgo.

Se anuncia la construcción de un edificio nuevo para centralizar algunos servicios que brinda la obra social.

La nueva edificación, que tendría 7.500 metros cuadrados, está en la etapa de anteproyecto y se edificará en el terreno donde actualmente funciona la farmacia del IPS.

Como conclusion final es de decir que la gestion llevada a cabo por el Dr. Gabriel Chagra Dip fue exitosa, creemos que gracias a un equipo de colaboradores de primera linea como el Dr. Luis Mocci, la Dra. Maria Eugenia Morales y la Dra. Gladys Sanchez, quedando de manifiesto que el Dr. Juan Manuel Urtubey no se equivoco con estos profesionales de la salud, al ponerlos al frente del IPSS.
