Resolución 500/04 APE

La Resolución 500/04 APE, constituye el marco legal, a través del cual la Administración de Programas Especiales permite el otorgamiento de Apoyo Financiero a las Obras Sociales, para ser destinado a tratamientos de determinadas patologías de baja incidencia y alto costo.

En su anexo VI, están taxativamente detalladas las prestaciones cubiertas por dicha Resolución, las cuales se enumeran a continuación:

• DROGAS INMUNODEPRESORAS en la etapa posterior o concomitante a la realización de los trasplantes del anexo II.

• ENFERMEDAD FIBROQUISTICA DEL PÁNCREAS, la cual incluye tres módulos:
I ) Enzimas pancreáticas, aportes nutritivos adicionales y vitaminas liposolubles.
II) Tobramicina aerosolizada.
III ) rhDNASA humana.

• HORMONA DE CRECIMIENTO :
En los casos de déficit de la misma, insuficiencia renal crónica, Síndrome de Turner y Prader Willii.

• COBERTURA FARMACOLÓGICA DE LA ENFERMEDAD DE GAUCHER.

• TRATAMIENTO DE LA FENILCETONURIA:
Medicación y alimentación.

• TRATAMIENTO DE ESCLEROSIS MÚLTIPLE (Interferón y copolímero).

• TRATAMIENTO PARA LAS INFECCIONES POR ESTAFILOCOCOS METICILINO RESISTENTES (Teicoplanina).

• TRATAMIENTO CON FACTORES ESTIMULANTES DE COLONIAS GRANULOCÍTICAS (para pacientes con neutropenias severas).

• TRATAMIENTO DE ESCLEROSIS LATERAL AMIOTRÓFICA (Riluzole).

• TRATAMIENTO PARA TUMORES PRODUCTORES DE SOMATOSTATINA Y SÍNDROME CARCINOIDE (Análogos de la Somatostatina).

Se debe destacar que en el año 2005 se ha incorporado a la cobertura brindada por esta Administración, los siguientes tratamientos :

A) REEMPLAZO ENZIMÁTICO DE LA ENFERMEDAD DE FABRY :
Incorporado a la resolución Nº 500/04 APE, en el punto 18, a través de la Resolución Nº 15.000 / 2005 APE.

B) TRATAMIENTO DE LA PSORIASIS EN PLACA DE GRADO MODERADO O SEVERO CON EFALIZUMAB: Incorporado a la Resolución 500/04 APE, en el punto 19, a través de la Resolución Nº 16.300/2005 APE. La solicitud de cobertura de las patologías antedichas puede ser presentada, en forma de pedido de subsidio o reintegro, a excepción del módulo I de Enfermedad Fibroquística, el cual deberá ser presentado únicamente como reintegro.
