Asumio el nuevo Ministro de Salud, Dr. Gabriel Chagra Dib

“Vamos a garantizar una prestación eficiente de salud para cada uno de los salteños”, dijo Urtubey
Asumieron las nuevas autoridades del Ministerio de Salud Pública, encabezado por el Dr. Gabriel Chagra Dib, a quien le deseamos una excelente gestion en esa cartera.

El gobernador Juan Manuel Urtubey puso en funciones este miércoles al nuevo ministro de Salud Pública, Gabriel Chagra Dib. La ceremonia se realizó en el Centro de Convenciones de Casa de Gobierno.

El Gobernador también tomó juramento a Alejandro Gravanago como secretario de Servicios de Salud y a Guillermo Haddad en la Secretaría de Gestión Administrativa. En la ceremonia también se entregó el decreto de nombramiento al designado interventor en el Instituto Provincial de Salud (IPS), Luis Mocchi.

El gobernador Urtubey agradeció al saliente ministro Alfredo Qüerio por el esfuerzo, dedicación y solvencia con la que desarrolló su labor. Dijo que tiene un muy buen concepto del trabajo que desarrolló el Ministerio, desde el ministro hasta cada uno de los agentes primarios en toda la Provincia.

Urtubey expresó que el Gobierno otorgó el aumento más importante de presupuesto en cada uno de los rincones de la Provincia y los trabajadores de ATSA reconocen dicho esfuerzo. El mandatario destacó el crecimiento que realizó la Provincia en materia de equipamiento y en personal, que fue de hasta el 30 % en algunos sectores de Salud.

Por otra parte, el mandatario destacó el rol desempeñado por el Ministerio de Salud Pública con relación al flagelo de las adicciones, a través de la nueva Secretaría de Salud Mental y Adicciones.

En relación al nuevo ministro, Urtubey manifestó que “el equipo del Ministerio se renueva con hombres que ya vienen trabajando en Salud”. Afirmó que “vamos a garantizar una prestación eficiente de salud para cada uno de los salteños y nuestra responsabilidad es ocuparnos de los que menos tienen”.

Agregó que con Gabriel Chagra Dib tienen sueños compartidos respecto a los servicios que en salud el Estado quiere para los salteños, y también se plantearon la forma en que se va a interactuar con el sector privado y el trabajo que se realizará desde el Gobierno Provincial con el Instituto Provincial de la Salud.

Por otra parte, el Gobernador sostuvo que “la incorporación de Chagra Dib representará una importante dinámica para hacer realidad muchos de los postulados con los que llegamos a este Gobierno”. “Vamos a garantizar el acceso a cada uno de los salteños a un servicio de salud”, resaltó Urtubey.

Finalmente afirmó “queremos salud, educación y seguridad para nuestro pueblo, estos son los postulados que perseguimos con profunda convicción.

Estuvieron presentes además, el vicegobernador Andrés Zottos, el vicepresidente primero de la Cámara de Senadores Mashur Lapad, el presidente de la Cámara de Diputados Santiago Godoy, ministros y secretarios del Poder Ejecutivo, el intendente Miguel Isa, autoridades del Poder Legislativo, Judicial entre otros invitados.

La prioridad es Primer Nivel de Atención

El ministro de Salud Gabriel Chagra Dib expresó que la prioridad para la esta nueva gestión será la Atención Primaria de la Salud: “vamos a focalizar y profundizar la atención en el Primer Nivel en los 64 centros de salud y sobre todo intensificar el trabajo en la atención de la madre y el niño”.

Consultado sobre su relación con los gremios, Chagra Dib sostuvo que su vocación es el diálogo, pero el aumento será en el marco de un acuerdo presupuestario de la Provincia.

El nuevo ministro destacó que en esta semana se va a interiorizar de todos los temas para definir lineamientos. Finalmente puntualizó que “vamos a mancomunar los esfuerzos para integrar la salud pública con la privada. El Instituto Provincial de la Salud y el Ministerio de Salud Pública trabajarán de manera conjunta.
